✨ I never started with a five-year plan or a straight career path. My first step was teaching computers, handling computer centres, then management consultancy & business development in my jobs. Side by side, curiosity se retail clothing ghar se shuru kiya. *“Let’s just try this”* turned into pure passion ❤️.

Exhibitions? Kabhi khushi, kabhi gham… but business always ON 🔥. Customers loved the quality. And haan, ek secret bataun? 😏 My service + price + quality were so solid that I even broke into an established seller’s market 😎. *Jab suna toh Mann prafullit ho gaya.🥳* Infact my regular customer ,a corporate sales & marketing head told me: “Your sales technique is so natural n genuine that he offered me job in his co. (Flattering, but unki bhari co. join karne ka mann kabhi hua hi nahi).

Then came the big twist — city change. New city, new customer base, retail didn’t work. Piles of material, mounting losses. Shut down. After few years I thought better to do something in job only so i focused shifted to corporate life, moved to a metro city.

“I worked in MNCs and even explored HR for few years. That time I wanted to grow in corporate only until ek awaaz andar se boli — *hello! “Freedom kahan hai meri? Agar itna effort main kisi aur ke liye kar rahi hoon, toh apne liye kyun nahi?” 💭*

That’s when I jumped back into business again. “And that’s when my passion for business reignited. I worked on a wholesale scale while still juggling my job, but my energy and time had its limits. Breaking point aaya, inner said *"ab na ho payega job"*,papers daale, aur bola — “Bas, ab apna karna hai.” and started my B2B online apparel business. Easy right? Noo. Not easy to win trust of customers or to trust the vendors etc. But yes slowly I was building my business...

Phir aaye twist pe twist seasons: demonetization, GST, COVID- the final dhamaaka💥. Bade bade export houses band ho gaye — toh hum kis khet ki muli the? 😅 😅 Still, I fought back. *Losses the, par haan — jin logon ne cheat kiya, unki maine wat lagayi aur paisa bhi wapas liya* 😄. Slowly, ek baat clear ho gayi: Lavische Zone had already earned me respect as a genuine business

Aur tabhi ek sapna baar-baar awaaz de raha tha — apna khud ka brand 🚀. No big funds, no partners, bas passion & persistence. Risk liya, leap liya… aur premium women’s T-shirt brand Aurishaa born hua.

Launch delay, cheating, hurdles — faced everything. But jab first designs market mein aaye aur logon ne bola “Wow, amazing quality & design”… bas wahi meri asli jeet thi 💎.

And today I know one thing for sure: Lage raho Munna Bhai… kyunki apna junoon hi apna asli superpower hai. ✨
